Summary: Perfect location. Couldn't have been better neighborhood. Apartment was the best weve ever re ted on AirB&B. Our first VRBO experience. Modern appliances. Comfortable. Not always quiet as it IS a seaside resort. But who cares. Concierge is wonderful.

Summary: We (4 adults and 2 children) stayed for one week in the apartment and enjoyed our time. The apartment is as it is shown in the pictures - it is clean (a new kitchen!), relatively freshly renovated and functional. The communication with the landlord was fast and very well (thanks to DeepL). It was great that we could keep our bikes in a storage area on the ground floor as we had just cycled the Loire valley the week before. The communal hallway was quite narrow (for families who still have young children and need a stroller possibly too narrow) and the stairway was rather old and narrow, too - but this seems normal for an older building. The only negative point we noticed was that every door in the apartment was hard to close - and made noises when opening them and closing. We did enjoy being in the city centre and able to walk anywhere. Overall we really enjoyed our time in this place and the friendly support the landlord provided. We would certainly recommend it.
